The Course registration package includes the following services:

Hotel accommodation in a double room, shared with another participant, for a total of 5 nights (check-in on April 20th and check-out on April 25th, 2026).

• Admittance to all scientific sessions
• Admittance to the exhibition area
• Course documentation and material
• Certificate of Attendance
• Coffee and lunches as specified in the Course program
• Transfer by shuttle bus from Porto International airport to the Course venue on April 20^th and from the venue to Porto International airport on April 25th, 2026. On Monday April 20, arrival transfers will operate between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm. Please ensure that your flight schedule falls within this time frame.

Currency

All Course fees are calculated in Euro (€). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Organizing Secretariat, in order to avoid being charged late registration fees.

Terms of payment for registration fees

All payments should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines.
Confirmations of registrations and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments are to be paid on-site.

Method of payment

• By bank transfer: Online bookings by bank transfer can be processed through the Course’s online services system. After selecting the course services of your choice, please tick the appropriate box (payment “by bank transfer”) in the payments section. The online system will then redirect you to a confirmation of services page; you are kindly advised to print or save a copy, which will serve as your booking order regarding the aforementioned Course. After receipt of payment of the appropriate fees, you will receive official confirmation of the services booked for the Course in the email address advised for communication.

  Important Note: Your bookings will be valid for seven (7) days after completion of the online order.
  A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Course Organizing Secretariat by e-mail at info@espncourse.org, for confirmation of the relevant bank transfer. Please indicate your name as well as the “ESPN COURSE 2026” on your payment details for identification purposes. Upon payment, we will send you the respective confirmation.
  
  
• Credit card: Online payments by credit card will be processed through the Course’s online services system. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to a confirmation of services and the respective payments page. Once you have completed this process, you will receive a confirmation email with information about the services booked and your payment status.

Confirmation of participation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the Course Organizing Secretariat. The following cancellation policy will apply:
For cancellation requests received until January 16^th, 2026: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
For cancellation requests received from January 17^th, 2026, onwards: no refund applies.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Course. Bank charges will be deducted. An additional handling fee of 20 EUR per refund will apply.

Certificate of Attendance

All registered delegates that have attended at least 90% of the Scientific Program will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Attendance will be confirmed using barcode scanners; delegates are requested to scan their identification badges including a personal ID barcode upon entering each session.
Delegates that will be completing the 3-year Cycle will also be receiving an additional Certificate of successful completion of the ESPN Course Cycle.

CME accreditation and badge identification

Registration badges will be used during the Course. Participants will receive their badges upon check-in on arrivals day. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to always wear their badges. Admission to Course areas will not be allowed without badge identification.
CME accreditation will be awarded based on attendance monitored through scanners.

Letter of Invitation

Delegates that require an official Invitation Letter to attend the Course may address to the Course Secretariat specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Course. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that registration to the Course is a prerequisite for delegates to receive an official letter of invitation from the Course Secretariat.
