Notification of Acceptance: September 10, 2025
Registration Deadline for Chairs, Speakers & Discussants: September 30, 2025
Speakers Abstract Submission (for accepted symposia): October 10, 2025
Guidelines & Requirements
- Each symposium must last 60 minutes.
- Format:
- 1 Chair, 1 Co-Chair, 3 Speakers (max 15 minutes each)
- 1 Discussant (can also be one of the speakers)
- The proposer must obtain prior written confirmation of participation from all speakers, chairs, and discussants before submission.
- Proposals must
include:
- Symposium Title
- A summary abstract (max. 250 words)
- Full list of speakers with contact details and presentation titles
- Contact information for the Chair and Co-Chair
Submission & Notification Process
- Only the person submitting the proposal will
receive the official notification of acceptance by September 10, 2025,
and is responsible for informing all involved participants.
Upon acceptance, each speaker will receive instructions to submit their individual abstract via the online portal by October 10, 2025. - Incomplete or missing abstracts will result in the symposium being excluded from the final program.
Please Note:
Acceptance of a symposium proposal does not include free registration for chairs or speakers
All symposium participants must be registered forthe Congress by September 30, 2025
