REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and taxes are included.
- Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set up during the registration process.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- Payment of registration fee can be made either by credit card or bank transfer (see below bank account details).
- Payment by cash will be only accepted on-site.
- Registration payments must be completed before the end of the selected registration deadline. If the payment is not submitted by the stated deadline, the fee will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next time period.
- All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR) without charges for the beneficiary.

CANCELLATION & ALTERATION POLICY
Cancellations
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be sent in writing by e-mail to info@ipcrg2025.org, and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation received up to and including March 20, 2025: full refund less a Euro 50,00 for administration fee
- Cancellation received from March 21,
2025 onwards: No refund applies
All refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.
- Until March 20th, 2025: name changes can be made with no additional charge
- Between March 20th and March 30th, 2025: name changes will be charged with € 20 administrative fee.
- After April 1st, 2025: no name changes will be accepted.
- No-shows will be charged with the full fee.
FAIR PROCESSING NOTICE
Please note that pictures and video recordings will be taken by meeting staff throughout the 8th IPCRG Scientific Meeting.
By registering to the Meeting, you consent to the Meeting Secretariat of the 8th IPCRG Scientific Meeting using photographs and/or video recordings including images of you, both internally and externally to promote the Meeting. These images could be used in print and digital media formats including print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes. Additionally, the Organisers are committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
