Registration Terms & Conditions
- All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and taxes are included.
- Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set up during the registration process.
- Registration fees are based on the date of the receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received before midnight, Central European Time EEST (UTC +3), on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise the registration fee for the next period will be applied.
Methods of Payment
All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR). Bank charges are to be settled by the payer. Confirmation of services will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication. Outstanding payments are to be made onsite during the Congress.
- By credit card
Online payments by credit card will be processed through the Congress’ online services system. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to a confirmation of services and the respective payments page. Once you have completed this process, you will receive a confirmation email with information about the services booked and your payment status.
- By bank transfer
Online bookings by bank transfer can be processed through the Congress’ online services system. After selecting the Congress services of your choice, please tick the appropriate checkbox (payment “by bank transfer”) in the payments section. The online system will then redirect you to a confirmation of services page and once this is submitted you will receive a confirmation email with an outstanding balance due (to be settled by bank transfer). After receipt of payment of the appropriate fees, you will receive the official confirmation of the services booked for the Congress in the email address advised for communication.
Important Note: Your bookings will be valid for seven (7) days after completion of the online order. Payment by bank transfer is to be completed within this time frame, for final confirmation of your bookings. After the 7-day deadline has expired, your bookings will be considered null.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy
Cancellations
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be sent in writing by e-mail to info@iustieurope2025.org, and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Until June 30th, 2025: The full amount paid will be refunded, less than the 100,00 Euro administrative fee.
- Between June 30th and August 10th, 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- After August 10th, 2025: no refund applies.
All refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.
- Until August 10th, 2025: name changes can be made with no additional charge.
- Between August 10th and September 30th, 2025: name changes will be charged with a 20,00 Euro administrative fee.
- After October 1st, 2025: no name changes will be accepted.
Non-shows will be charged with the full fee.
