Registration to Pre-Congress workshop

Early Fee (until May 25, 2025) 1.250,00 €
Late Fee (May 26 – September 4, 2025) 1.400,00 €
Registration to the IFNE 2025 Congress is a prerequisite. Maximum number of attendees: 20 persons.

Pre-Congress Workshop Registration includes the following services:
  • Admission to the Workshop
  • Separate Certificate of Attendance for the Workshop
  • Coffee and lunch during breaks indicated in the Workshop Program

Terms of payment for registration & accommodation fees

Payments are to be made without charges to the beneficiary. Bank charges are to be settled by the payer. 
Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication.
Outstanding payments are to be paid onsite.

    Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.

    Important Note: A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the 11th World Congress Organizing Bureau by e-mail at info@ifnecongress.org, along with the respective form, for confirmation of the bank transfer. Please include the indication “IFNE” on your payment details for identification purposes, along with the delegate’s name.

Important information for payments by credit card


Due to the increased payment security measures followed by several banks around the world, you may be prompted to answer increased security questions, either to proceed with a transaction or to verify an initially declined transaction. It may also be advisable to try a different card in case your initial attempt is not successful. Please be assured that our team works continuously on always keeping in place the appropriate processes which ensure a safe, fast and seamless online payment experience for all. Confirmation of participation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the 11th IFNE World Congress Organizing Secretariat.
Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice).
  • For cancellation requests received until April 25th, 2025: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellation requests received from April 26th, 2025, onwards: No refund will be granted.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted. An additional handling fee of 50 EUR per refund will apply.

Certificate of Attendance

All registered delegates that have attended at least 80% of the Scientific Program will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
CME accreditation and badge identification
Registration badges will be used during the Congress. Participants will receive their badges upon check-in on arrivals day. For identification purposes, admission to session halls and CME calculation purposes, participants are requested to always wear their badges. Admission to Congress areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of Invitation

Delegates that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the 10th IFNE World Congress may address the Organizing Secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that registration to the Congress is a prerequisite for delegates to receive an official letter of invitation from the Organizing Secretariat.


FAIR PROCESSING NOTICE
Please note that pictures and video recordings will be taken by congress staff throughout the 11th IFNE World Congress website. By registering for the congress, you agree to your image and personal information being passed to the Congress Organizing Bureau and published on the website of the congress  (www.ifnecongress.org) and being used in materials, either online or in hard copy, for publicity and promotional purposes.
