Registration Inclusions

Participants & Industry Registration: Admission to the Conference Halls and Exhibition Areas, Workshops, Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, Lunches and Coffee Breaks, Conference Material, Certificate of Attendance. Includes membership to SEGH for one year for non-member registrations.

Students’ registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of department confirming their status and/or a valid student card.

* A Proof of Status is required for the reduced rate of this registration category (Students). A Proof of Status is an official letter written and signed (by hand/ no electronic signature) by the head of department – hospital or academic institution – which confirms the status of the applicant. The document must be issued in English on official hospital/university letterhead and must be submitted to the Organising Secretariat before the relevant registration deadline. Once the online pre-registrations for the Conference are closed, participants still wishing to register under this category will need to hand their proof of status at the Registration Desk onsite, in order to benefit from the reduced fee.
N.B.: When letters, certifying status, are sent after the early/late registration deadline, the next registration fee will be applicable even when the registration is processed online and fully paid.

Pre-conference Workshops

Pre-conference Workshops are included in participants’ registration fees and are subject to expression of interest by participants.
Participants can secure their place in one of the below from the above shown registration form as they will take place simultaneously on the 2nd of July 2023.
Places will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.

Methods of payment

Please note that the above cost does not include bank fees. Bank charges are to be settled by the payee.

  • Online Payments
    Online payments are the main form of acceptable payment for this course, by Visa or MarsterCard and only in Euros (EUR). Each payment will be processed through the Conference’s online services system by selecting the relevant option in the payments section. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to a confirmation page. After you submit your registration, you will also receive a confirmation via email of the services booked.

  • Bank Transfer
    From the moment a registration form is completed, the delegate is afforded a period of seven (7) working days to provide the secretariat proof of their payment in order for their registration to remain valid.

Important information for payments by credit card

Due to the increased payment security measures followed by several banks around the world, you may be prompted to answer increased security questions, either to proceed with a transaction or to verify an initially declined transaction. It may also be advisable to try a different card in case your initial attempt is not successful. Cancellation Policy

For every written cancellation received until April 30th, 2023, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be possible. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.

Certificate of Attendance

After the conference is over, all participants will receive the official conference evaluation form, after whose completion they will receive their Certificate of Attendance.

Badges and Identification

Registration badges will be used during the conference. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Conference areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of invitation


Please note that invitation letters are can only be issued for participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees). For authors who require visa invitation letters, the scientific committee will review their work as soon as possible and within two weeks after the abstract submission so as to allow them enough time to complete their registration process & payment. In case your visa application is not approved by the relevant Authorities, ERASMUS Conferences & Events S.A. will fully refund registration fees minus bank charges.
