Registration fees for Trinees / Nurses include the following:

• Admission to all scientific sessions from 7 to 10 May
• Admission to the AHP Symposium (7 May)
• Access to the exhibition area
• Congress bag and documentation
• Coffee and refreshments during official breaks
• Attendance of the Opening Session

Registration fees for Students include the following:

• Admission to all scientific sessions from 7 to 10 May
• Access to the exhibition area
• Final Program and Certificate of Attendance
• Coffee and refreshments during official breaks

Currency

All Congress Fees are calculated in EUR (€). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Organizing Secretariat to avoid being charged the late registration fee.

Terms of payment for registration fees

All payments should be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registration and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments are to be paid on-site.
Invoices are subject to VAT charges over and above. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.

Method of payment

• By Credit Card
  MASTERCARD, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted. Online payments will be processed through the secure payment page of the Congress online registration system. 
• By Bank Transfer
  Upon receipt of your registration form, you will receive a confirmation letter with bank account details and a deadline for payment of the respective fees. A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau by e-mail at info@espncongress.org, for confirmation of the relevant bank transfer.

All personal data included in the databases to which access is granted will be protected according to the European Directive for the Protection of Personal Data with appropriate software and hardware measurements.

Confirmation of participation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the Congress Organizing Bureau. The following cancellation policy will apply:

• For cancellation requests until March 15, 2023: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• For cancellation requests received from March 16, 2023 onwards: no refund applies.

All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the event. Bank charges will be deducted. An additional handling fee of 20 EUR per refund will apply.

Certificate of Attendance

Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Certificates will be sent via email to all participants after the Congress.

Congress Evaluation & Certificate of Attendance

All registered delegates having attended the Congress will receive an evaluation link by e-mail. Upon completion of the evaluation survey, which is completely anonymous, users will be redirected to the platform where they can print their Certificate of Attendance, by entering the barcode available on their delegate badge. Attestation of CMEs received during Congress, as per attendance records, will be sent by email after due processing of data from attendance scanners.

Official Language

The official language of the 28th ESPN Congress is English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Badges and Identification

Name badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, delegates are requested to wear their badges, which will be given upon their check-in at the Secretariat Desk operating onsite.

Letter of invitation

Participants that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Summit may address the Organising Secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Summit. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that invitation letters are issued only for those participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees). In case your visa application is not approved by the relevant Authorities, Erasmus S.A. will fully refund registration fees minus bank charges.

Insurance

Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Congress Secretariat accept any liability for damages and/or loss of any kind which may incur to Congress participants throughout Congress dates. Participation is at one’s own risk. Participants are advised to take out insurance against loss, accidents or damage that could be incurred during the Congress. Verbal agreements will not be binding unless confirmed in writing.

Wireless internet connection is available in all Congress areas.
