The registration fee for the delegates include:
- Attendance to all Conference sessions
- Conference material
- Certificate of Attendance (electronical)
- Admission to the Conference coffee breaks and light lunch
- Access to the Conference exhibition
- re-registration to the conference is mandatory
- Admission to the conference will be allowed EXCLUSIVELY to vaccinated or recovered participants upon presentation of the COVID-19 vaccination certificate or illness certificate within the last six months.
- The use of a face mask in all areas of the conference is mandatory.

Cancellation policy
In case a written cancellation of a pre-registration is addressed to the Conference Secretariat by July 19th, 2021, 50% of the total amount will be retained. After this date, amounts already paid are non-refundable. Refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference.
Please note that the Conference staff will take photographs and record videos throughout the Conference. By registering to the Conference, you agree to your photographs being forwarded to the Organisers and published on the official website of the Conference, as well as to other printed or electronic means, for publicity and promotional purposes.
