Methods of payment
Please note that the above cost does not include bank fees. Bank charges are to be settled by the payee.
- Online Payments
Online payments are the main form of acceptable payment for this course, by Visa or MarsterCard and only in Euros (EUR). Each payment will be processed through the Congress’s online services system by selecting the relevant option in the payments section. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to a confirmation page. After you submit your registration you will also receive a confirmation via email of the services booked.
- Bank Transfer
From the moment a registration form is completed, the delegate is afforded a period of seven (7) working days to provide the secretariat proof of their payment in order for their registration to remain valid.

For every written cancellation received until September 31st, 2021, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be possible. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
Details about the virtual platform and access codes will be sent to all registered participants by e-mail a few days prior to the virtual congress.
