Registration fees include:
- Admission to the congress sessions and exhibition
- Delegate material
- Certificate of Attendance
- Coffee and lunch breaks, as announced in the congress programme
Cancellation PolicyNotification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat by email. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
If the written notification of cancellation is received before April 15, 2022, a 50% refund will take place. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Refund requests will be processed within two months after the end of the meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
Refunds will be credited only to the person/entity who/which paid the original registration.
Changes of Registration and NamesShould you be unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague for a small administrative fee of EUR 20.
Certificate of AttendanceAfter the congress is over, all participants will receive the congress evaluation form, after whose completion they will receive their certificate of attendance.
