It is with great pleasure, amid these really difficult times, to announce the Cyber Workshop on Ultrasound in Pediatric Neurosurgery(WUPN),
which is scheduled to take place on Friday, November 13th, 2020, entitled “Diagnostic Use of Ultrasound in Pediatric Neurosurgery”.

During the cyber workshop, you will be acquainted with the basics of ultrasound and technical aspects through live demonstration. The main points that will be addressed, are

• the sonographic anatomy
• the assessment of IPC and of ventricular size
• the diagnosis of craniosynostosis and of peripheral nerve lesions

The key issue that will be discussed at the end of the workshop during a round table is the diagnostic use of ultrasound in pediatric neurosurgery in clinical practice; in this discussion we would like to welcome you all to join and share your viewpoints.

This Cyber Workshop on Ultrasound in Pediatric Neurosurgery offers the opportunity to meet virtually and get acquainted with the basics of ultrasound and technical aspects, while discussing with the experts of the field and addressing queries after the live demonstration..
