Abstracts Submission

The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts to the 10th GRACM 2021. Abstracts must be submitted in English through the 10th GRACM 2021 official website: www.10gracm.gr. Abstracts will be selected on scientific merit. An individual can submit one or more abstracts as presenter or first author.

All abstracts submitted will be reviewed to appraise the quality of the work presented. The Scientific Committee will evaluate all abstracts submitted for presentation and accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentations. The authors will be notified regarding acceptance of their abstracts by May 31st, 2021. For the Late Breaking Abstract Submissions the authors will be notified regarding acceptance of their abstracts by June 25th, 2021.

Before accessing the submission form, please make sure that you have prepared your abstract according to the following guidelines:

Language: All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English, which is the official language of the conference, using accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication. If in doubt, please arrange for the review of your abstract by a native English speaker or by a university scientific publications office (or other similar facility) prior to submission, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted. No proofreading will be done.

Corresponding Author: The abstract submission form should be completed by the Corresponding Author, who will be responsible for all future communications regarding the submitted abstract.

Account: Each submitter (Corresponding Author) is required to create a user account indicating an account email address and a password. The email and password indicated will be used for all online forms of the Congress (i.e. Registration Form).
Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to the corresponding author of each abstract by May 31st, 2021.

Abstract Title:
  • Abstract title should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract
  • The abstract title should be typed in lower-case letters, except for abbreviations and study names. Please be careful that your title might be truncated if you copy and paste it into the field.
  • Do not refer to study results or conclusions in the title of the abstract. The title should objectively describe the study.
Topic: Authors are invited to select the topic that better fits the scope of their abstract among the congress topics; the final assignment will be made by the Scientific Committee.

  • Names of authors should be written in upper/lower cases in the following way: {Full name with first letter in upper case (e.g. John)} {Surname (Family Name) with first letter in upper case (e.g. Smith)}
  • Please enter the first name in full, followed by the surname (Family Name), for each author, without abbreviations (e.g. John Smith, and NOT J. Smith). The names, e-mail addresses and full affiliations of all authors should be entered.
  • The presenting author is indicated by clicking on the appropriate box next to the respective name

Affiliations: The Affiliation should be written in upper/lower cases and should include: Department, Institution/Hospital, City, State (if relevant), Country

Keywords: In the section “keywords” please add four to five keywords that are more relevant to the subject of the research work referred to in your abstract

Text Body:
  • The text (excluding title, authors, and affiliations) should not exceed 350 words.
  • Do not include illustrations within the abstract.
  • Place abbreviations in parentheses immediately after the first mention of a term or phrase; the abbreviation can then be used throughout the abstract.
  • Table(s), Figures and photographs may be included.
  • References may be included during the abstract submission, at the end of the main abstract text.
  • Describe the objectives and results of the research in the abstract so that the Abstract Evaluation Committee can evaluate the quality, originality, and completeness of the abstract. Abstracts will be judged solely on the basis of the data in the submitted abstract.

Replacing or correcting an abstract submission: Do not resubmit an abstract through the online abstract submission platform. Do not submit the same abstract both through web site and regular mail. Any corrections should be made by e-mail to the 10th GRACM 2021 Congress Organising Secretariat. If an author wishes to withdraw a submitted abstract, a written request should be sent to the Congress Organising Secretariat.
It is the author's responsibility to submit a complete abstract in finalized format. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will be reproduced as typed by the author.

Registration fees should accompany all abstract submissions. Presenters are expected to attend the 10th GRACM 2021 and are required to pay the registration fee and all expenses involved. Pre-registration of the abstract’s presenting author until June 15th, 2021 is a prerequisite for its presentation in the Scientific Program and its publication in the Congress electronic material. In case of multiple abstracts by the same author, a minimum compensation of 80 Euros will be required for each additional abstract.

The presentation of the abstract and its publication in the Final Program is conditional upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author. All abstracts presenters will be asked to reconfirm their attendance after receiving the notification. If you do not reconfirm your abstract presentation, register and pay the registration fee before the given deadline, your abstract will be removed from the program.

For any queries regarding the on-line abstract submission, please contact the Congress Organising Secretariat at info@10gracm.gr.
