Instructions for Chairs, Speakers and Presenters
Chairs, Speakers, and Presenters are requested to be in their session room at least 15 minutes before their session starts. Although a detailed time slot is allocated to each presenter, please note it may slightly change for unpredictable reasons.Sessions should proceed under the chairperson's instruction smoothly.
All sessions will start with the chairperson introducing the session and speakers, followed by the session presentations. At the end of each session there will be a discussion moderated by the chairperson.
The allowed presentation time for each presentation type is as follows:
- Oral Abstract Presentation: 10-12 minutes
- Roundtable Presentations: 18-20 minutes
- Keynote Lectures: 30-45 minutes
Technical Support
During all three congress days, there will be onsite technicians to assist presenters with their slides and ensure their presentations go smoothly.All speakers and presenters should report to the onsite technicians at their earliest convenience and no later than two hours before their presentation time, even if they are not using any audio-visual material.
The PowerPoint slide format should be 16:9 format. Please download the available templates from this or this link and choose which ever you prefer.
If there are any changes or corrections required to the presentation details, please let the technician know as soon as possible.
Instructions for Poster Presenters
Upon their arrival at the venue, poster presenters will be shown to the poster boards, each with an individual number to indicate where they should mount their poster based on the number referenced in the final programme.
Double sided scotch tape and blue tack will be available at the registration desk.
Poster presenters are free to arrange the information on their poster(s) as they see fit but the dimensions of the posters must not exceed 120 cm high and 80 cm wide.
