1. What is the Poster Gallery?
The Poster Gallery is where attendees can access all ePosters that are accepted to the ESC 2021. Attendees can view ePosters as soon as they have access to the virtual platform, save their favorites for easy viewing, and leave feedback in the discussion forum. These are accessible while the platform is open, and available for a period of 2 months after the Conference.
2. Creating your ePoster
Once the submitted abstracts evaluation is complete and authors will be notified for their abstracts acceptance, you will be asked to create their ePoster presentation using one of the samples on this page as they are compliant with the required specifications of the submission platform.
In case an ePoster presenter wishes to create the ePoster from scratch, the below technical guidelines should be followed:
Submission Deadline: August 31, 2021
Once the submitted abstracts evaluation is complete and authors will be notified for their abstracts acceptance, more details will be forwarded to all authors with instruction about how to submit the PDF version of the ePoster(s) the latest by July 31, 2021.

In case an ePoster presenter wishes to create the ePoster from scratch, the below technical guidelines should be followed:
- ePoster dimensions: 121.9 cm by 63.5 cm (48" by 25") with resolution of 1920 x 1000 pixels
- Number of pages (slides): one (1)
- Orientation: Horizontal
- The text and background should have a large contrast
- For embedded images prefer .jpeg or .png file formats in a resolution of 72 or 96 dpi
- Animated effects, “animations” and videos are not allowed
This way the ePoster presenter ensures the best viewing experience for the ePoster.
Whichever way the presenter chooses to prepere the ePoster presentation, the final ePoster presentation should be saved in a PDF format and use the PDF file to proceed with the submission.
