These awards recognize the best student papers presented, either as oral or poster presentations, during the 37th General Assembly of the European Seismological Commission. Presentations will be judged by a special committee chaired by the principal convener of the relevant session. In judging the entries, consideration will be given to scientific rigor, contribution to the field, relevance to the conference theme and overall presentation. About the IASPEI Early Career Award: TBA.

About the ESC Award: The winner will receive the amount of 1500 USD on the condition that he/she will present his/her work at the 37th General Assembly of the European Seismological Commission.
