*Prices include breakfast and taxes. The accommodation tax, which is valid since 01/01/2018 (Law 4389/2016), is not included in the rate (€4 per room/night for Athens Hilton, €3 per room/night for the other hotels) and must be paid directly to the hotel reception upon departure.  
For room reservations, in order of priority, the entire cost of the nights has to be paid in full.

Cancellation policy

In case a written cancellation of accommodation is addressed to the Conference Secretariat by August 20th, 2019, 50% of the total amount will be retained. After this date, amounts already paid are non-refundable.
