*Single surgeon endoscopic suturectomy option:
Single-surgeon tutored session with individually dedicated model of craniosynostosis (the whole procedure of endoscopic suturectomy is performed by 1 surgeon with expert tutoring on highly defined 3D printed multimaterial model of sagittal and/or metopic craniosynostosis in natural dimensions).
  • Duration of each session: 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • First come-first served: the first applicant will choose the day of preference from Day 1 through Day 5
  • Limited to 5 participants
**Two-surgeon endoscopic suturectomy option:
Two-surgeon tutored session with individually dedicated model of sagittal and/or metopic (the whole procedure of endoscopic suturectomy is performed by 2 surgeons with expert tutoring sharing a highly defined 3D printed multimaterial model of craniosynostosis in natural dimensions).
  • Duration of each session: 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • First come-first served: the first applicant will choose the day of preference from Day 1 through Day 5
  • Limited to 10 participants (i.e. 5 pairs)

Delegate registration to the Workshop includes the following services:
  • Attendance of Program Sessions
  • Active participation in Hands-on
  • Workshop documentation, Certificate of Attendance and delegate material
  • Coffee and lunch as specified in the Workshop program
Auditor registration to the Workshop includes the following services:
  • Attendance of Program Sessions
  • Video attendance of Hands-on and Q&A from the auditorium
  • Workshop documentation, Certificate of Attendance and delegate material
  • Coffee and lunch as specified in the Workshop program

Currency
All fees are calculated in EUR (€). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Organizing Secretariat, in order to avoid being charged late registration fees.

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payments are to be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary. Bank charges are to be settled by the payer.
Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication. Late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadline. Outstanding payments are to be paid onsite.

Registration procedure and method of payment

  • By credit card
    Online payments by credit card will be processed through the workshop’s online services system. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to a confirmation of services and the respective payments page. Once you have completed this process, you will receive a confirmation email with information about the services booked and your payment status.

  • By bank transfer
    Bookings by bank transfer can be processed through the workshop’s online services system. After selecting the services of your choice, please tick the appropriate checkbox (payment “by bank transfer”) in the payments section. The online system will then redirect you to a confirmation of services page and once this is submitted you will receive a confirmation email with an outstanding balance due (to be settled by bank transfer). After receipt of payment of the appropriate fees, you will receive the official confirmation of the services booked for the workshop in the email address advised for communication.
    Important Note: Your bookings will be valid for seven (7) days after completion of the online order. Payment by bank transfer is to be completed within this time frame, for final confirmation of your bookings. After the 7-day deadline has expired, your bookings will be considered as null.

  Important Note: A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Workshop Organizing Secretariat by e-mail at info@ifneworkshop.org, for confirmation of the relevant bank transfer. Upon payment, we will send you the respective confirmation voucher by e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the Workshop Organizing Secretariat. The following cancellation policy will apply:
  • For cancellation requests received until July 31st, 2019: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellation requests received from August 1st, 2019 onwards: no refund applies.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Workshop. Bank charges will be deducted. An additional handling fee of 20 EUR per refund will apply.

Certificate of Attendance
All registered delegates that have attended workshop, will receive a Certificate of Attendance by email after the end of the event.

Badge identification
Registration badges will be used during the workshop. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the workshop areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of Invitation
Delegates that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Workshop may address the Organizing Secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Workshop. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

Please note that registration to the Workshop is a prerequisite for delegates to receive an official letter of invitation from the Organizing Secretariat.


FAIR PROCESSING NOTICE
Please note that pictures and video recordings will be taken by meeting staff throughout the Workshop. By registering to the workshop, you consent to the Organizing Committee of IFNE-JSNE-GLEN-ISNE Hands-on Workshop (Naples-Italy, 20-24 January 2020) using photographs and/or video recordings including images of you, both internally and externally to promote the organization. These images could be used in print and digital media formats including print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes. Additionally, the Organizing Committee is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
