At the same time, the practical integration of lifestyle as and form of therapy along with classical drug therapy and other forms of therapy.
The role of food and non-food habits in the emergence of chronic diseases specific to modern persons.
The study will be based on the patients from my Clinic, on the research period.

The Founder of #DrBalanicaMethod (95% rate of success, 9.500 patients in the last 3 years) the only Romanian method for Prevention, Treatment and Weight Management, Registered and International Certified. The method is based on my clinical science and expertise, but it is also inspired by my story, I was obese and I weakened ten years ago over 100 kilograms, without taking a gram back. We have gone through all the challenges of the situation and discovered exactly when and how to help a man in a similar situation, besides the medical side of the process.
I am a devoted Father, I have 4 children, and I wish I could be with them as long as possible.
I became an Educator when I understood that the first step towards health is education, and a modern physician must come out of the cabinet and be close to the people. Thus, 8 years ago, the programs for the companies and for various forms of state or private education, schools, lyceums or faculties appeared.
