* Demonstration of student identity card will be requested onsite in order to receive the congress material

The Registration Fee includes:

• Attendance of all Scientific Program sessions
• Congress material (Program, CD with the Book of Abstracts, Congress Bag)
• Certificate of Attendance

Company/Industry Registrations
Invoices for registrations at the Congress are subject to 24% VAT charges. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.

Registration during the Congress
On-site Registration will be available during the Congress; The Secretariat will be located at the Congress hotel.

Important Note: Your bookings will be valid for seven (7) days after completion of the online order. Payment by bank transfer is to be completed within this time frame, for final confirmation of your bookings. After the 7-day deadline has expired, your bookings will be considered as null.

Cancellation policy
In case a written cancellation of a pre-registration is addressed to the Congress Secretariat by July 31, 2018, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
After this date, amounts already paid are non-refundable. Refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress.
