Currency / Credit Cards / Banking
All registration and booking fees are calculated in EUR (€). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Organizing Secretariat, in order to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
Banks are generally open Monday to Friday 09:00-12:30 and 13:30-15:00/18:00.
Self service areas are open Monday to Sunday round-the-clock.
For cash withdrawals, automatic cashpoints (ATMs) operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Banks are closed on public holidays.

Tübingen has a moderate maritime climate influenced by the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Because of these influences extremes in weather are uncommon. Average temperature ranges between 1oC (33 ℉).and 8oC (46℉)

Passport & VISA Requirements
As a general rule, foreigners require a visa to enter Germany. The visa can usually be obtained at a German diplomatic mission abroad; it is strongly advised to apply for a visa as early as possible. Schengen Visa (C Visa) is valid for a maximum stay of 90 days. Citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) neither require an entry visa nor a residence permit for stays of longer duration.
