Rates are quoted per room, per night including taxes.

Terms of payment for accommodation

Payments are to be made without charges for the beneficiary. Bank charges are to be settled by the payer. 
Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication. Outstanding payments are to be paid onsite.

Important Note: A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the 9^th World Congress Organizing Bureau by e-mail at info@ifnecongress.org, along with the respective form, for confirmation of the bank transfer. Please include the indication “IFNE” on your payment details for identification purposes, along with the delegate’s name.

Confirmation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been acknowledged, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. For on-line bookings, confirmation is issued automatically upon payment of the relevant fees through the on-line registration system.

Cancellation Policy

Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your accommodation bookings. A copy of the Registration and Accommodation Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification. Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice):

• Up to and including June 30^th, 2019: Full refund less 25% administration fees
• From July 1^st, 2019 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
