Terms of payment for registration feesAll payments should be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Confirmations of accommodation and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.
Methods of paymentAll payments are to be made in Euro (EUR). Bank charges are to be settled by the payer without charges for the beneficiary. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication. Outstanding payments are to be made onsite during the Congress.

ConfirmationAs soon as the appropriate fees have been acknowledged, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. For on-line bookings, confirmation is issued automatically upon payment of the relevant fees through the on-line registration system.
Cancellation PolicyWritten notification is required for any cancellation or change to your accommodation bookings. A copy of the Registration and Accommodation Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification. Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice):
- Up to and including June 30th, 2019: Full refund less 25% administration fees
- From July 1st, 2019 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
