Kindly note that you can book your transfer from Buenos Aires International airport to your hotel and vice versa through the online conference system.

For your transfer you have the following options:

• You can book a taxi with the cost of € 70 per way. The taxi driver will be waiting outside the luggage hall of Buenos Aires airport holding a sign with your name
• You can book transfer by bus with the cost of € 35 per person per way. Maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes. An assistant will be waiting outside the luggage hall of Buenos Aires airport in order to lead you to the bus

Transfer services are available for arrival on March 21 and 22 and for departure on March 24 and 25.

Bus transfers depend on the participation. In case that buses do not have the minimum of 10 persons by bus by itinerary then transfers will be canceled.
