We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, when completing your personal information (address etc), you are not allowed to use special characters (e.g. í, É, á etc). The online payments system is a 3D safety proof system that – for your own safety – filters all information and the credentials you enter need to be exactly the same, with no special characters or punctuation marks, so as to proceed to the next step and complete the payment of your registration.

The Registration Fee includes:
- Attendance of all Scientific Program sessions
- Conference material (Program, CD with the Book of Abstracts, Conference Bag)
- Coffee breaks
- Certificate of Attendance
Invoices for registrations at the Conference are subject to 24% VAT charges. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.
Registration during the Conference
On-site Registration will be available during the Conference; The Secretariat will be located at the Conference hotel.

*If paying by deposit in one of the above bank accounts, please send the completed registration form along with a copy of the deposit slip with your name and the conference title in order to identify the transaction by e-mail at email@example.com
In case a written cancellation of a pre-registration is addressed to the Conference Secretariat by July 31, 2017, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
After this date, amounts already paid are non refundable. Refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference.
