The cost includes:

• 4 nights stay at The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino hotel including breakfast.
• 2 nights stay at the Hilton Athens Hotel including breakfast. (full program ONLY)
  
• Transportation with deluxe air-conditioned coach as mentioned in the program.
• Tours & Excursions as these are mentioned in the program.
• English-speaking licensed guide who will accompany the group throughout the guided tours mentioned in the program.
• Entrance fees at the museums and archaeological sites for the mentioned tours.
• Lunches and dinners including drinks as mentioned in the program.
• Meeting room as mentioned in the program.
• Coffee break for the meetings including filter coffee, tea, mineral water, cookies.
• All taxes.

The cost does not include:

• Any tours and entrance fees which are not mentioned in the program.
• Personal expenses such as mini-bar consumption, tel. calls and other hotel services not described in the program.
• Tips for the drivers and the guide.

Family/children policy (Costa Navarino):

• 0-3 years old stay free of charge on parent’s room.
• 4-12 years old a fee of 12 Euro per room per child will apply at the existing bedding.
• 13+ years old a fee of 50 Euro per room per child will apply.

Family/children policy (Hilton Athens):

• 0-12 years old stay free of charge on parent’s room.

Deposits policy:
Written notification is required in order to book a place in the aforementioned program.

• 1st installment by July 15th,  2016: 300 Euro per person
• 2nd installment by December 1st, 2016: 800 Euro per person
• By 1st June 2017: Final settlement

Cancellation policy and refund
Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your Booking.  A copy of the Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification and sent to ERASMUS S.A. Refunds will be made as follows:

• Up to and including December 15th, 2016: 50% refund
• From December 16th, 2016 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
• All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
