Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your Booking. A copy of the Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification and sent to ERASMUS S.A. Refunds will be made as follows:
- Up to and including December 15th, 2016: 50% refund
- From December 16th, 2016 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
- All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
