Badges and Identification

Registration badges will be used during the Course. For identification purposes and admission to the Course’s Hall, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times.

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate will be handed out to all participants upon completion of the course.

Coffee Breaks

Coffee Breaks are included in the registration fee.

Insurance / Disclaimer

Planning Committee and Organizing Secretariat of the Hands-On Training Course in Chengdu accept no liability for any personal injury, the loss or damage of property or additional expenses incurred by participants either during the Course or as a result of delays, strikes or any other circumstances. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Language

The official language of the Course is English. For selected presentations consecutive interpretation in Chinese will be provided.
