New registrations can only be accepted on site!

Please note the following:

  1. EADO Members: Please indicate your EADO membership number during the registration process to qualify for this rate. Should you be interested in joining the EADO, please click here.
  2. Residents and Students:
    Resident: Person who is doing their internship or studies of his/her postgraduate medical training.
    Student: Person who is following courses at the university in order to get a degree in Medicine AND PhD students in a medical field.
    The online registration application must be accompanied by written proof of status (date no older than 6 months from registration date); otherwise low fees will not be validated.
    A Proof of Status is an official letter written and signed (by hand/ no electronic signature) by the head of department – hospital or academic institution – which confirms the status of the applicant. The document must be issued in English on official hospital/university letterhead and must be submitted to the Registration Department before the relevant registration deadline. Once the online pre-registrations for the Congress are closed, participants still wishing to register will need to bring their proof of status onsite, in order to benefit from the reduced fee.

    N.B.: When letters, certifying status, are sent after the early/late registration deadline, the next registration fee will be applicable even when the registration is processed online and fully paid.

  3. Day ticket: the day rate cannot be requested more than one time.

  4. Industry Participants: This registration category has been created to enable employees from the industry to have full access to events (scientific sessions, industry sessions, exhibition).
The Registration fees include:
  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremony of the Congress
  • Admission to the Exhibition area
  • Congress material
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee, refreshments and lunch breaks provided during the Congress

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payment should be made in Euros (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registrations and
invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.
Invoices are subject to 24% VAT charges over and above. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.

  • By bank transfer

    IMPORTANT NOTE: A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau by fax at +30 210 7257532 or by e-mail at  along with the respective Registration Form, for confirmation of the relevant bank transfer. Please indicate your name as well as the “13th EADO Congress” on your payment details for identification purposes. 

Registration confirmation
As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.
For online payments, the confirmation letter will be automatically provided during online registration, as soon as the credit card charges have been completed and confirmed.

Certificate of attendance
Participating delegates will receive an electronic Certificate of Attendance by e-mail after the end of the Congress.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration should be in writing to the Congress Organizing Bureau. For every written cancellation received before February 28, 2017, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will take place thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and identification
Participants are requested to proceed to the registration secretariat for collection of their badge upon their arrival at the Congress Venue.  For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. Admission to Congress areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

All Congress fees are calculated in Euros (€). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are kindly requested to inform the Congress Organizing Bureau, in order to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
