ERASMUS SA has reserved rooms to accommodate candidates of the 2015 EBU Oral Examination.
Make sure to book your hotel at your earliest convenience, in order to ensure accommodation according to your preferences.

please to log-in to the on-line bookings system 

NOTICE: Once you enter the booking system , you need to SIGN-UP as new participant, entering your personal data requested by the system, in order to obtain username & password. Then you may continue, log-in,  and proceed with your on-line Hotel booking. You may revisit  the on-line system for any additional reservations, any time, using only your password and your username.

Please complete the appropriate section of the on line system in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. Full payment with credit card is necessary in order to finalize your reservation. On the online system, participants are asked to indicate their preference of the type of room and dates preferred. Upon selection of the hotel, availability can be shown and reservation will be confirmed. It is obligatory to put a name for every single room. If any special requirements are needed, please fill the “remarks” section. When credit card is charged, a confirmation document with reservation details will be on screen which can be easily printed and can be used as your voucher. After April 30th, 2015 respective voucher(s) will be sent by e-mail.

Please complete the appropriate section of the Accommodation Booking Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. The hotel reservation will be confirmed  upon receipt of the Accommodation Booking Form and the respective  deposit payment (50% ) deposit. A note of confirmation with hotel details will be sent by email.
Full payment should be made before April 30th, 2015, upon receipt of which the respective voucher(s) will be sent out by email.

Method of Payment for Accommodation
All payments should be made in Euros, without charges for the beneficiary, to the order of ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A., as follows:
  • By Credit Card
    MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS and MAESTRO credit cards are accepted.
    Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the Meeting on-line accommodation system.

    It is important that a copy of the bank transfer is sent to the Meeting Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA by fax to +30 210 7257532 together with the Accommodation Booking Form. 
Cancellation Policy
Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes to your itinerary. A copy of the Αccommodation Booking Form should be attached to the letter of notification and sent to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A.
Cancellation received before April 30th, 2015: 50% refund
Cancellation received after May 1st, 2015: No refund applies
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
