  NOTICE: Once you log in and register, entering your personal data requested by the system, you may revisit  the on line services for any additional  reservations.
  
  Please fill in the appropriate section of the reservations  system in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. Full payment by credit card is required, in order to finalize your reservation. As soon as your credit card is charged, the system will provide you with a confirmation, including your reservation details, which can be easily printed. Respective voucher(s) will be sent via e-mail a few days prior to the Conference.

  (FOR PAYMENT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER AND/OR CREDIT CARD)
  In case you do not wish to book your tours on-line, CLICK HERE to download the Accommodation and Tours Booking Form, fill in and send it by fax (+30-210-7257532) or email (s.lianos@erasmus.gr) along with a copy of the bank transfer receipt.
  
  Please fill in the appropriate section of the Bookings Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. Tours’ reservations cannot be confirmed until the Booking Form has been duly received, along with a 50% advance deposit. The Booking Form should be sent along with the deposit to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A. as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the delegate, stating the amount left to be paid (balance), as well as the the tour and the booked date. Full payment should be made before April 15th, 2015, after which the delegate will receive the respective voucher(s).

Methods of Payment
All payments are to be made in Euros. Please note that all bank charges need to be settled by the payees. Confirmation letters and payment invoices will be sent upon receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments should be settled on-site.

Cancellation Policy
Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your accommodation and tours bookings. A copy of the Accommodation and Tour Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification
Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice):
Up to and including April 15, 2015: Full refund less 25% administration fees
From April 16, 2015 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
