Transportation from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to the Hotel and vice versa
Amsterdam “Schiphol” Airport is situated 30 km Northeast from Noordwijk and the Grand Hotel Huis Ter Duin. The time for the Airport - Hotel transfer is estimated approximately 30-45 minutes. Upon your arrival at the airport, our representatives will be waiting for you at a special designated meeting point area identified by small red and white blocks, holding a distinctive sign of the Symposium. Throughout the airport, there are signs that lead to this meeting point area (please refer to the pictures below). Our representatives will then lead you to our taxis to take you to the hotel of residence in Noordwijk.

  

Transfers

• By taxi: Transportation by taxi costs: € 80 (maximum 4 persons) per taxi, per way.
• By sharing taxi: You may also book a sharing taxi at the cost of € 20 per person (maximum 8 persons) per way.
  Maximum waiting time at the airport 1 hour. Final confirmation will be sent upon receipt of arrival fight information.

Return transfers can be arranged onsite, directly at the Symposium Secretariat.
