Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

Registered delegates and accompanying persons are cordially invited to attend the Opening Ceremony, which will take place at the Aula Magna (Plenary Hall) of the Congress Venue on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 18:30 hrs.
The Opening Ceremony will be followed by a Welcome Reception in the Gardens of the Congress Venue.

“Get acquainted with Rome” Dinner
Monday, May 5, 2014 ● 20:00 hrs
The “Get acquainted with Rome” Dinner will take place at the Le Terme del Colosseo Restaurant (Via del Cardello 13/A, 00184 Rome) on Monday, May 5, 2014 at 20:00 hrs.
Prior to the Dinner, a walking tour of the historic center of Rome is scheduled. Delegates will be picked up by tour-guides from the Congress Venue entrance at 18:00 hrs and walked through the historic highlights of Rome.
Duration of walking-tour: 2 hrs (18:00-20:00).




Congress Dinner

The Congress Dinner will be held at the Palazzo Brancaccio (Largo Brancaccio 82, Rome) on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 20:00 hrs.
The Palazzo Brancaccio is within walking distance from the venue (15').
