Methods of Payment
All payments should be made in US dollars without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be made on-site.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registrations made by check, or wire transfer should be in writing to the Symposium Organizing Bureau.
For every written cancellation received before June 30, 2014, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be granted thereafter.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Symposium. Bank charges will be deducted.
