Confirmation of Bookings
For your booking’s confirmation, a 50% deposit of your total stay’s cost is required, along with full payment of the remaining balance by June 15th , 2014. Hotel bookings can only be confirmed after due payment of the aforementioned deposit. Participants will receive the relevant receipts upon their arrival at the Registration Desk.
Methods of Payment
All payments should be made in US dollars without charges for the beneficiary.
Outstanding payments must be made on-site.

It is important that a copy of cheque is sent to the Symposium Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Global INC by e-mail (hospitality@focaltherapy.org) together with the Registration and Accommodation Booking Form.

MASTERCARD, VISA credit cards are accepted. On-line payments will be processed through the secure payment page of the Symposium on-line registration system.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registrations made by check, or wire transfer should be in writing to the Symposium Organizing Bureau.
For every written cancellation received before July 20th, 2014, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be granted thereafter.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Symposium. Bank charges will be deducted.
Bookings only by Credit Cards will be accepted the last 30 days before event. No refund will be granted.
