We wish to inform you that the registration procedure (on line and off line) has now been closed for organizational purposes.  
New registrations can only be accepted on site during the Secretariat Desk operating dates and hours.

Registration Fees

*Proof of student status is required. A proof of status is an official letter written in English by a Supervisor, the Department Head of the University or a Dean on official University letterhead.


Full Delegate and Student Registration fees include:
  • Admission to all Sessions
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
  • Coffee breaks during Conference days
  • Lunch breaks during Conference days
  • Conference material
  • Certificate of Attendance

Terms of Payment for Registration Fees

All payments should be made in EUR without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registrations and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site during the Conference.

*It is important that a copy of the bank transfer receipt is sent to the  Conference Organising Bureau by fax at +30 210 7257532 or by email at  info@erasmuscorp.gr along with the respective Registration Form.

Confirmation of Participation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. Participants are kindly requested to produce their registration confirmation letter upon their check-in at the Registration Desk, operating at the Conference venue during the Conference.
Please note that for online registrations, the online confirmation of payment (indication: PAID) is to be used as a registration confirmation; we kindly advise that you print a copy of this confirmation, since no confirmation letters will be sent in this case.

Certificate of Attendance

Registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
 

Cancellation Policy for Conference Participation

Cancellation of registration should be requested in writing to the Conference Organising Bureau. For every written cancellation received before August 10, 2014, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.

Registrations and Information Desk

There will be a registration/help desk open throughout the Conference. Although you might have registered, you should report to the Registration Desk upon arrival to obtain your Conference pack and name badge pass. The Registration Desk will be operating at the Conference venue according to the schedule below:

Friday, September 5, 2014 08:30-18:00
Saturday, September 6, 2014 08:30-17:00

 

Badges and Identification

Registration badges will be used during the Conference. Participants will receive their badges upon their check-in at the Registration Desk during the Conference. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. Admission to Conference areas will not be allowed without badge identification.
 

Letter of Invitation for Visas

Participants that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Conference may address the Conference Organising Bureau, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that due pre-registration to the Conference is a prerequisite for participants to receive the aforementioned documentation.

Currency

All Conference fees are calculated in EUR. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are kindly requested to inform the Conference Organising Bureau in order to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
