Message from the CEO of Erasmus Conferences & Events about COVID-19

Dear clients and partners,

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a sense of responsibility and placing on top priority the safety of our employees, clients and partners we have taken all necessary steps, while following the Authorities’ guidelines.

  • All the conferences that had been scheduled for March and April 2020 have now been postponed.
  • As of today, March 16th, 2020, the entire team of Erasmus works remotely from home in order to protect all employees from coming to close contact with others both in the office as well as on their way to work. At the same time, we actively promote and follow the “STAY HOME” guideline. The technological infrastructure of Erasmus allows unobstructed communication with our team both by email and by telephone.
  • Taking advantage of relevant technologies that we have previously invested on, we are transforming all our client and partner meetings that could not be rescheduled, to web-based meetings.
  • Finally, we are committed to making the most of this period to enhance training opportunities, keep updated and work on the improvement of our services.

We keep calm and positive and we remind you of the necessity to strictly adhere to the experts’ guidelines for protecting ourselves and our loved ones.

In patience, we hope to stay healthy and strong in this difficult situation.
