Participants to the congress, are highly recommended to start the process for their visa application (if required) the soonest possible, as this might be a time consuming procedure.
Participants that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the 20th Congress of the WPA Epidemiology and Public Health Section, should tick the appropriate box during their online registration process. This service is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that invitation letters are issued only for those participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees).
Please note that in case of Visa refusal, full refund (minus 50€ which applies for administration fees) of the paid registration fee will apply, on the occasion that notification to the Congress Secretariat is made up to two (2) months prior to the congress dates (up to 9 August 2024). Notification to the Congress secretariat must be made by e-mail at info@wpaepi2024.org including the official visa refusal letter.
