Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research® is the official journal of the International Society of Limb Salvage, and CORR® is proud once again to work with ISOLS membersto disseminate the best work from the 2019 ISOLS meeting to the widest-possible international audience.
CORR has continued to develop its author and reviewer tools (all of which are available from our homepage at www.clinorthop.org) to make writing and reviewing for CORR easier than ever. We have a downloadable “Quick Start Guide for CORR Authors” available at that site; articles using these tools spend less time in peer review and editing, and reach readers even faster. Typical time from submission to electronic publication is about 4 months.
Publishing in CORR ensures that your work will have genuine global reach; this year, we expect to exceed 3.1 million full-text downloads (see figure, below), with the majority of that usage coming from outside the United States. If your work is selected for publication in CORR, it will be seen.
CORR charges no fees for manuscript submission or review, no charges for figures, and no charges to publish unless you wish to publish Open Access (full details about Open Access publication are available at www.clinorthop.org).
Deadline for manuscript submission is November 15, 2019. The link for manuscript submission is www.editorialmanager.com/corr. Be sure to choose “Symposium/Proceedings/Workshop” for your article type, and then “Selected Proceedings of the 2019 International Society of Limb Salvage Meeting” when you upload your manuscript for consideration.
Finally, we hope you also will contribute in the ISOLS proceedings by serving as a peer reviewer. If you are not a registered reviewer for your official journal, feel free to contact the editor-in-chief, Seth S Leopold MD, at sleopold@clinorthop.org.
