The Organising Committee of the Congress is offering lower registration rates to Greek participants that wish to attend the Congress.
Registration fees include: Participation in scientific clinicians sessions, congress bag, program, all printed material of the congress, invitation to the welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches.
Daily Registration fees include: Participation in the scientific sessions, Congress bag, program, all printed material of the congress, lunch and coffee breaks according to the program.
Terms of payment for registration fees
All payment should be made in Euros (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registrations and
invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.
Methods of payment
Registration confirmation
As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.
For online payments, the confirmation letter will be automatically provided during online registration, as soon as the credit card charges have been completed and confirmed.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration should be in writing to the Congress Organizing Bureau. For every written cancellation received before January 15, 2017, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will take place thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
