All payments are to be made in Euros. Please note that all bank charges need to be settled by the payees. Confirmation letters and payment invoices will be sent upon receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be made on-site.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation
Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your accommodation bookings. A copy of the Registration and Accommodation Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification
Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice):
Up to and including August 14, 2014: Full refund less 25% administration fees
From August 15, 2014 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
