All payments should be made in US dollars without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be made on-site.

MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted. On-line payments will be processed through the secure payment page of the Symposium on-line registration system.
Participants paying by credit card on line, should take into consideration, that they will see on their credit card statement, the equivalent amount of US Dollars paid, in Euros. This will happen because paid amounts by credit cards, are credited to the head Company of Erasmus Global (Erasmus SA) based in Europe.
► Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registrations made by check, or wire transfer should be in writing to the Symposium Organizing Bureau.
For every written cancellation received before March 31, 2012, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be granted thereafter.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Symposium. Bank charges will be deducted.
Registration by Credit Cards will be taken the last 30 days before event. No refund will be granted.

► Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Symposium. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Symposium areas will not be allowed without badge identification.
► Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
► Currency
All Symposium Fees are calculated in USD $. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Symposium Organizing Bureau to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
