NOTICE: once you log in and register, entering your personal data requested by the system, you may revisit the on line services for your abstract(s) submission or any additional reservations, using only your password and your username.
Please complete the appropriate section of the on line System in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. Full payment with credit card is necessary in order to finalize your reservation. On the online system, participants are asked to indicate their preference of the type of room and dates preferred. Upon selection of the hotel, availability can be shown and reservation will be confirmed. It is obligatory to put a name for every single room. If any special requirements are needed, please fill the “remarks” section. When credit card is charged, a confirmation document with reservation details will be on screen which can be easily printed and can be used as your voucher. After May 31st, 2012 respective voucher(s) will be sent via e-mail.

In case you do not wish to register on-line, to download the Registration, Accommodation and Tours Booking Form, fill in and send it by fax (+30-210-7257532) or email (register@challenges-endourology.com) along with a copy of the bank transfer receipt.
Please complete the appropriate section of the Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. The hotel reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form and the respective deposit payment (50% ) deposit. A note of confirmation with hotel details will be sent Full payment should be made before May 31st, 2012, upon receipt of which the respective voucher(s) will be sent out.

- By Credit Card: MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the Conference on-line Accommodation and Tours Booking system
- By Bank Transfer: Alpha Bank, Venizelou Branch, Bank Code 014, Account Number: 103-002320-000855, Account Holder: Erasmus S.A., Swift Code: CRBAGRAAXXX, IBAN Number: GR29 0140 1030 1030 0232 0000 855. It is important that a copy of the bank transfer is sent to the Conference Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA, by fax to +30 210 7257532 together with the Accommodation and Tours Booking Form.
Cancellation Policy
Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes to your itinerary. A copy of the registration and accommodation form should be attached to the letter of notification and sent to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A.

Cancellation received after June 1st 2012. No refund applies
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.
