The pre-registration procedure has now been closed.

Registrations can only be performed on-site during the Secretariat Desk operating dates and hours.

Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Meeting areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Group Registration
Group registration is possible for Pharmaceutical Companies or Travel Agencies wishing to register persons for the Meeting.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR COMPANIES
- In all invoices which include REGISTRATION FEES ONLY, a VAT tax applies over and above.
- In all invoices which include REGISTRATION FEES together with OTHER Meeting Services (such as hotel reservations, transfers, tours, etc) no VAT applies.

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payments should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

  • By Credit Card
    MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the Meeting on-line registration system.

  • By bank transfer
    Alpha Bank, Venizelou Branch, Bank Code 014, Account Number: 103-002320-000855, Account Holder: Erasmus S.A., Swift Code: CRBAGRAAXXX, IBAN Number: GR29 0140 1030 1030 0232 0000 855.
    It is important that a copy of  the bank transfer is sent to the Meeting Organising Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA by fax to +30 210 7257532 or email (
    register@urology-ebm.com) together with the Registration Form.

Confirmation of Participation
When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk.

Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration should be in writing to the Meeting Organizing Bureau.
For every written cancellation received before July 31st, 2011, 50% of the registration fee, will be refunded. No refund thereafter.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.

Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Meeting may write to the Meeting Organizing Bureau specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

Currency
All Meeting Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Meeting Organizing Bureau to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
