Speakers Preview Desk
A Speakers Preview Desk will be operating during the Course Secretariat operating hours. Speakers are kindly requested to hand in their presentation (USB-key or CD-ROM) at least one (1) hour prior to their scheduled presentation time. Kindly be informed that all versions of MS PowerPoint are accepted, with the exception of Mac and Office 2011. The following equipment will also be available: laptop, data video projector, laser pointer.

Poster Presentations
Poster dimensions: 150cm (height) x 80cm (width)
Poster mounting: Friday, June 3, 2011 at 11:30-17:00 hrs
Poster dismounting: Sunday, June 5, 2011 at 12:00-20:00 hrs
Please note that the Course Secretariat will bear no responsibility for any loss or damage of your poster.
