  • Admittance to the Conference scientific sessions
  • Admittance to the Conference exhibition
  • Conference documentation & printed material
  • Conference Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee / Refreshments during official Conference coffee breaks
  • Light lunch during the official Conference lunch breaks

Workshop Registration Fee for Participants & Students includes:

  • Admittance to the Roadway Access Management Workshop
  • Admittance to the Conference exhibition on the day of the Workshop
  • Workshop documentation & printed material
  • Workshop Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee / Refreshments during official Workshop coffee break
  • Light lunch during the official Workshop lunch break

Accompanying Persons Registration Fee includes:

  • Admittance to the Opening Ceremony and to the Welcome Reception
  • Half-day City tour of Athens and the Acropolis Museum

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payments should be made in Euros, without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Registration confirmations and the respective invoices will only be sent after full and confirmed payment of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

According to Greek tax legislation, registrations covered by public or private institutions or companies are burdened with an extra 23% VAT charge. Perspective delegates are kindly requested to provide the proper invoicing details during the registration procedure and to inform accordingly the Conference Organizing Bureau at register@accessmanagement2011.gr
Kindly be informed that the aforementioned charges do not apply for registrations connected to a confirmed accommodation booking in one of the Conference official hotels.

  • By Credit Card
    MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. On-line payments will be processed through a secure payment page on the Conference on-line registration system
  • By bank transfer
    Alpha Bank, Venizelou Branch, Bank Code 014, Account Number: 103-002320-000855, Account Holder: Erasmus S.A., Swift Code: CRBAGRAAXXX, IBAN Number: GR29 0140 1030 1030 0232 0000 855.
    It is important that a copy of  the bank transfer receipt is sent to the Conference Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA, by fax (+30 210 7257532) or e-mail (register@accessmanagement2011.gr) along with the dully filled-in Registration Form.

Confirmation of Participation
When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented to the Conference Registration Desk.

Cancellation Policy
For every written cancellation received before March 31, 2011, the full amount received, less 20% administration fee, will be refunded. After April 1, 2011, no refund will be granted. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Conference. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. Registration badges will be provided to all registered delegates upon their check-in at the Conference Registration Desk. Admission to the Conference areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of Invitation
All perspective delegates that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Conference may address the Conference Organizing Bureau, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

Registration and Information Desk
The On-site Conference Registration Desk will be located at the Royal Olympic Hotel.
