The LOC has reserved blocks of rooms at reduced prices at the Royal Olympic Hotel (Conference venue) and selected nearby hotels.

For your accommodation, please fill in and send back to us the Conference Bookings form by fax (+30.210.7257532) or e-mail (hospitality@accessmanagement2011.gr), along with a copy of the bank transfer receipt.

Please complete the appropriate section of the Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form has been received including a 50% deposit, specification of the category, type of room preferred, and the dates required. Participants are asked to indicate their preference of hotel category in numerical order. If the preferred hotel category is not available, registrants will be given the next available choice. The deposit should correspond to the price of the hotel category of the registrant’s first choice. The Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form should be sent along with the deposit to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A., Athens, Greece, as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the registrants stating the amount left to be paid as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay. Full payment should be made before April 30, 2011, after which the Registrant will receive the respective voucher(s).

It is important that a copy of the bank transfer is sent to the Conference Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA, by fax (+30-210-7414725) or e-mail (hospitality@accessmanagement2011.gr), together with the dully filled-in Accommodation and Tours Booking Form.
Cancellation Policy for Hotel Accommodation
Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes to your itinerary. A copy of the accommodation form should be attached to the letter of notification and sent to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A.
Cancellation received before May 31, 2011: 50% refund of the amount received
Cancellation received after June 1, 2011: No refund will be granted
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.
