A large number of variously priced hotel rooms have been provisionally reserved for Summit participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the preferred hotel category.

The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Registration and Accommodation Form has been received including a 50% deposit and the dates required. The Registration and Accommodation Form should be sent along with the deposit to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A., Athens, Greece, as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the registrants stating the amount left to be paid as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay.  Full payment by September 30th, 2010.
Respective receipts will be given to you during registrations days on site.

Method of Payment
Payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary as follows:

• By Bank Transfer to Alpha Bank, Venizelou Branch, Bank Code 014, Account Number: 103-002320-000855, Account Holder: Erasmus S.A., Swift Code: CRBAGRAAXXX, IBAN Number: GR29 0140 1030 1030 0232 0000 855
  If payment is made by bank transfer please enclose a copy of the bank transfer voucher. Please make sure to mention your name and the Meeting name on the bank transfer.
• By Credit Cards (MASTER/EURO CARD/VISA/AMERICAN EXPRESS). Your card number, expire date and verification number should be filled in on the Accommodation Form.

Cancellation Policy and Refund for Accommodation
Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes. A copy of the Accommodation Form should be attached to the letter of notification and sent to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A. Refunds will be made as follows according to the postmark on the notice of cancellation:
