Please complete online the appropriate Accommodation Form (to avoid double charges, please send the form ONCE). The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Accommodation Form has been received including a 50% deposit, specification of hotel choice, type of room preferred and dates required. Participants are asked to indicate their hotel preference in numerical order. If the preferred hotel is not available, registrants will be given the next available choice. The deposit should correspond to the price for the hotel of the registrant’s first choice.
The deposit slip should be sent along to ERASMUS SA, Athens, Greece, as soon as possible.
A note of confirmation will be sent to the registrants stating the amount left to be paid as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay. Full payment should be made in October 10th, 2010.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTELS DIRECTLY FOR RESERVATIONS, CHANGES OR PAYMENTS.
Confirmation
When the full payment has been received, participants will receive a confirmation.
Cancellation Policy and Refund
All cancellations and changes regarding accommodation should be in writing to ERASMUS S.A. For every written cancellation received before October 10th, 2010, 50% of the full amount received will be refunded. No refund thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
