IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR COMPANIES
According to the Greek legislation:
- In all invoices which include REGISTRATION FEES ONLY, 23% VAT applies over and above.
- In all invoices which include REGISTRATION FEES together with OTHER Congress’ Services (such as hotel reservations, transfers, tours, etc) no VAT applies.
Terms of payment for registration fees
All payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.
Methods of Payments

MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the Congress on-line registration system
- By bank transfer (off-line payments)

It is important a copy of the bank transfer to be sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA by fax to +30 210 7257532 together with the Registration Form.
Confirmation of Participation
When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk at The Athens Westin Resort of the Astir Palace Beach Resort.
Certificate of AttendanceRegistered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Cancellation Policy
For every written cancellation received:
Before, July 31st , 2010, the full amount paid will be reimbursed minus 20% handling fees
From August 1st, 2010 no refund applies.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
Badges and Identification
Upon registration, each participant will receive a name badge to be worn at all times during the Conference activities and social events. Tickets to lunches and Invitations to Social Events are handed out at the registration desk upon arrival. For entrance to the events you must wear your badge and show your ticket/invitation that will be collected by the organizers on entry.
Daily Visitors are entitled to attend the sessions and social events of the day they are registered for. Coloured lanyards will identify daily visitors in the entrance of the Conference Venue, as follows:

Letter of Invitation
All participants who need an official Invitation letter for visa purposes, should address their request to the Congress Organizing Bureau, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Currency
All Congress Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are requested to inform the Congress Organizing Bureau accordingly, in order to avoid the late registration fee charge.
