Terms of payment for registration fees
All payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

It is important that a copy of the bank transfer is sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA by fax to +30 210 7257532 together with the Registration Form.
Confirmation of Participation
When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk at The Grecotel Corfu Imperial Hotel.
Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Cancellation Policy
For every written cancellation received before, March 20th, 2010 the full amount received, less 20% handling fee, will be refunded. Between April 1 – May 1st 2010, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After May 1st , 2010 no refund applies. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Congress areas will not be allowed without badge identification.
Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Congress may write to the Congress Organizing Bureau specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Currency
All Congress Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Organizing Bureau to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
