Hotel Reservation
- Through online accommodation system
Please complete the appropriate section of the Accommodation System in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. Full payment with credit card is needed in order to finalize your reservation. On the online system, participants are asked to indicate their preference of hotel category, the type of room preferred and the dates they prefer to stay. At the time of ticking the preferred hotel, availability can be shown and reservation can be confirmed without any delay. It is obligatory to be given a name for every room. If special requirements for the room are needed the field “remarks” can be filled. When credit card is charged a confirmation-document with reservation details’ is shown and can be easily printed. After April 15th, 2010 respective voucher(s) will be sent via e-mail.

Please complete the appropriate section of the Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form has been received including a 50% deposit, specification of the category, type of room preferred, and the dates required. Participants are asked to indicate their preference of hotel category in numerical order. If the preferred hotel category is not available, registrants will be given the next available choice. The deposit should correspond to the price of the hotel category of the registrant’s first choice. The Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form should be sent along with the deposit to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A., Athens, Greece, as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the registrants stating the amount left to be paid as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay. Full payment should be made before April 15th, 2010, after which the Registrant will receive the respective voucher(s).

Cancellation Policy
Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes to your itinerary. A copy of the registration and accommodation form should be attached to the letter of notification and sent to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A.
Cancellation received before April 15th 2010. 50% refund
Cancellation received after April 16th 2010. No refund applies
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
